About me

Hello! My name is Kiryl (key-reel). I’m a digital marketing and demand generation professional with over 11 years of experience in B2B, consulting, and ecommerce verticals. My domain expertise covers SaaS, software & IT services, retail, manufacturing, and media & communications industries. I’m also a seasoned SEO and SEM specialist who has agency and in-house experience. I’m keen to build scalable lead generation systems, campaigns with high ROAS, and convenient MarTech environments.

Just like nurturing leads, I love nurturing teams. My passion is helping copywriters, designers, data analysts, and marketing coordinators improve their skills and grow. I believe that knowledge transfer between team members and leadership wisdom is key to a successful team.

Most recently I led the marketing and lead generation department at Mbicycle, a software development provider. I helped them achieve revenue goals that influenced their partnership with Noventiq Holdings plc. Noventiq eventually acquired Mbicycle as a profitable and valuable asset.

I’ve worked at agencies and operated a small team while providing consulting services. My roles have spanned all stages of a great go-to-market strategy from writing marketing copies to executing complex ABM tactics. My strengths include seamlessly integrating marketing efforts into a single revenue engine.

What matters to me

I’m proud to be a husband and a father. My family is the pillar of my life and joy. My wife Iryna is my best friend and my soulmate. We’re lucky to raise our wonderful son. Taking on parenthood is the greatest opportunity to teach and learn. To be a parent is much like being a leader. You should open boundaries for people, allow them to make mistakes, and guide them to cope with irresistible difficulties.

Beyond marketing, I enjoy sports, music, reading, and traveling. I always find time for workouts, running, or Sunday soccer games. Supporting shape and physical condition is easier than building it from scratch. Since my mom bought me a Metallica t-shirt when I was 7, I’ve been developing my musical taste and listening to music daily. Reading is part and parcel of my routine, at least 25 minutes daily. Now I’m getting used to listening to audiobooks. I love exploring new countries and places with my family, and every time we do the homework to avoid tourist traps.
